Returns

1. Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging in order to be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • There are some things that cannot be returned, like as:
    • Personalized and custom-made products.
    • Intimate or sanitary goods.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Gift cards.

3. Return Process:

  • Please email support@kickflips.store to reach our customer service representatives and start the return process. If necessary, we will give you a return authorization along with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, customers are liable for the expense of return postage. If we make a mistake, we will give you a pre-paid return label.

Refunds

1. Refund Processing:

  • We will email you to let you know that your returned item has been received once it has been received and examined. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

2. Approved Refunds:

  • Your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method if your return is accepted. Please give your account ten business days to reflect the refund.

3. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Please check your bank account, get in touch with your payment provider, or your credit card company if you haven’t received your refund within the anticipated time frame. Before your refund is formally posted, it could take a while.

4. Exchanges:

  • We want your purchasing experience at Kickflips to be easy and fun. Please be aware, nevertheless, that we do not accept product exchanges. It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style once it has been purchased.
